Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account on NexaRewards you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without payout.
  • You must provide accurate registration details and verify your email address.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

3. Tasks, surveys and rewards

  • Each task or survey displays its reward before you start it, from $0.05 to $0.45 USD.
  • A reward is granted only after the activity has been open for the required minimum time and passes automated validity checks.
  • Each task or survey may be rewarded once per account.
  • Availability of activities varies by country and over time. We do not guarantee any number of available activities.

4. Referrals

You earn $0.75 USD for each qualified referral. A referral becomes qualified only when the invited person registers through your invitation link, verifies their email address, and completes their first valid task or survey. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and fraudulent invitations are not rewarded.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals require an available balance of at least $15.00 USD and at least 10 qualified referrals. Requests move through Pending, Under Review, Approved and Paid statuses, and may be rejected with a reason. You cannot withdraw more than your available balance.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Automated scripts, bots or emulators.
  • Multiple accounts, shared devices used to farm rewards, or identity misuse.
  • Deliberate misuse of VPN or proxy services to misrepresent your location.
  • Any attempt to manipulate timers, balances or referral qualification.

Accounts involved in these activities may be suspended and pending rewards may be cancelled.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms, adjust reward amounts within the published range, or discontinue the service. We will publish changes on this page.
