Information we collect

• Account details: full name, email address, country and password (stored hashed).
• Activity data: which tasks and surveys you started and completed, and when.
• Wallet data: rewards, referral bonuses, adjustments and withdrawal requests.
• Security signals used to detect fraud, such as sign-up and activity metadata and duplicate-account indicators.
• Payout details: your PayPal email, or a payout token issued by our card provider.

Payment information

We never store complete card numbers, expiry data or security codes. Card payouts are processed by a supported payout provider that tokenises the payment details; we keep only the token and the last four digits for reference.

How we use your information

• To operate your account, credit rewards and process withdrawals.
• To prevent fraud, duplicate accounts and automated abuse.
• To send account and transactional emails.

Data protection

Your records are protected by row-level security so that you can only read your own private data. Balances can be changed only by protected server-side functions, and every reward creates an immutable wallet transaction.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data through our Contact page. Deleting your account removes your profile, wallet and activity history.

Cookies

We use only the storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We do not sell your personal data.
